Bio of Pro Wrestler Rey Mysterio: Masked Man with the High Flying Style
Size does not matter for Pro Wrestling Superstar Rey Mysterio. Smaller in size, but larger in agility, Mysterio has been able to take down giants of Pro Wrestling including Eddie Guerro, Matt Hardy, Kane, Big Show, Randy Orton, Mark Henry, The Great Kahli, Finaly, Chavo Guerro, JBL, and Chris Jerico. With his killer West Coast Pop and trademark 619 he is intimidated by no man.
At a young age Mysterio knew that he could be a Championship contender. He started his career as a teenager in the Lucha Libre style in Tijuana, Mexico where is underage status was overlooked by authorities. His fast-pace, high impact style brought him international fame when he was signed with the ECW, in 1994 and a short while later into the WCW, where shattered the rules of free-style wrestling. With the WCW he captured five Cruiserweight Championships, three World Tag Team Championships, and a Cruiserweight Tag Team Championship with Bully Kidman as a part of the Filthy Animals.
There is no stopping this Mexican masked man. When he exploded on to the WWE scene he immediately proved to be the innovative underdog and fan favorite. With the WWE he 619’d his way to a World Heavyweight Championship, four WWE Tag Team Championships and an Intercontinental Championship Title. He is the 21st Triple Crown Champion.
