Jeff Hardy Update: Legal Problems Continue

We have new news relating to Jeff Hardy’s September 11, 2009 arrest in his North Carolina residence on drug possession and trafficking. He is one of the most popular pro wrestling superstars in history and one of the most problematic performers. Following his return to the WWE and subsequent joining of TNA, Hardy has been reported as having a a slue of personal problems including drug abuse and a major legal problem following his arrest. Hardy is set to enter into a negotiated plea on January 20, 2011. Moore County (North Carolina) District Attorney Maureen Krueger said that Hardy will plead guilty to one or more of the charges brought against him. This will probably include some jail time; 45 days at minimum.
The police raided Hardy’s home after receiving a tip about drug use there.At the Hardy home was found 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
